Support services
Help that does not require a case
Referral centres give medical care, counselling, and, if you want, a forensic examination whose results are kept for you whether or not you ever report. Calling one does not commit you to anything.
If you are in immediate danger
Call 112 or 199, or get to the nearest hospital. Try not to wash or change clothes first if you can avoid it, but your safety matters more than evidence does.
